    Return, Refund, and Shipping Policy

    A. Return and Refund Policy

    All purchases are final and non-refundable/non-returnable after thirty (30) days from the date of such purchases.

    Products that do not meet the specifications can be returned or refunded. In this case, a customer must contact us within thirty (30) days from the date of purchase at support( @ ) ellonia.co.uk and request a return or refund stating the reason. We will review the customer's request and respond accordingly.

    If a customer receives a defective or faulty product, the customer can submit a request for return or refund within thirty (30) days from the date of purchase by contacting us at support( @ ) ellonia.co.uk, including a statement and attaching a photo of the defective product to support their request.

    Upon approval of a customer's request for return or refund for any reason, the customer must send the defective/faulty product to the address of our agent, which we will provide to the customer via email. We will share the address of our agent with the customer after the return request is approved.

    In the case of a return or refund, the customer is responsible for their own shipping costs.

    If a refund is approved, the customer's funds will be directly refunded to the debit/credit card they used to purchase a product from us after the product is safely received by us from the customer.

    B. No Liability for Courier Companies

    We are not responsible for:

    • Delays caused by the courier/shipping service;
    • International customs or duties;
    • Products lost or damaged in the mail. The courier/shipping service is responsible once our representative ships the packages; and
    • For items marked as delivered by post, please contact your local post office for information about your package.

    If there is an issue with your tracking number or the delivery of your package, please contact the courier company directly before contacting us. It may take 1-4 business days for your tracking information to appear. In rare cases, the tracking information may not update but you will still receive your order. Please contact us after the estimated delivery time has passed.

    All our shipments include tracking with delivery confirmation. If your tracking information confirms that the item has been delivered to your order address but you have not received your order, please contact the courier/shipping company to investigate this issue. We cannot be held responsible for packages indicating delivery at your order address.

    We are not responsible if the package is not delivered within the guaranteed shipping time, as it may take 1-2 business days to process the order, and we cannot be held responsible for the guarantees of the courier company. If the item is not delivered on time, please contact the courier/transport company.

    It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that they enter the delivery address correctly. We are not responsible if a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or undeliverable address. We strive to expedite processing and shipping. If you decide to cancel your order or change your delivery address, please write to us at support( @ ) ellonia.co.uk as soon as you place your order. We will do our best to accommodate the change, but we cannot guarantee its success.

    We cannot guarantee whether or not you will be charged taxes or duties. You are responsible for any applicable customs fees, duties, taxes, and levies imposed by your government. Please contact your country's customs office for applicable fees and rates for packages arriving from outside your country. Customers are responsible for any import duties, tariffs, and local taxes imposed by your country. We cannot provide details of these charges and recommend contacting your country's customs office or tax agent for relevant fees and rates for a package arriving from outside your country.

    C. Shipping

    You are responsible for paying for your own shipping costs to return your item to our warehouse located. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless we determinate the product is faulty upon arrival to our warehouse. We do in no circumstances refund a product that is not returned.

    If we receive a package from the shipping company/courier because the specified address is undeliverable, you are responsible for the non-delivery of the product.
