    Shipping Policy

    Order Processing Time

    All orders are processed within 24-48 hours on business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. In case of high order volumes, shipping may be delayed by a few hours. If there is a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email to inform you.

    Shipping Costs and Estimated Delivery

    Shipping is always free for orders above £25. Due to local shipping from our warehouse in the United Kingdom, delivery times are approximately 1-3 business days.

    Shipping Confirmation and Order Tracking

    Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number(s). It may take up to 24 hours for the status of your shipment to be updated.

     

    Can I Change Or Cancel My Order?

    You can change or cancel your order within the first 10 hours after placing your order. Please send us your cancellation or change request to our email support@ellonia.co.uk immediately! After 10 hours, we cannot guarantee that your order will be able to be cancelled or changed as the parcel may already be in transit. At that point, please refer to our return policy for cancellations or refunds.

     

    I Entered the Wrong Address?

    If you accidentally entered the wrong shipping address, please contact us immediately to update your details. If your item has already been shipped, we cannot change or reroute your product, and you will not be eligible for a refund. It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure all details are correct upon purchasing. We take no responsibility for orders placed with incorrect addresses.
